Okay, I'll kick it off. I'm on the trail often and I have noticed that we don't have enough benches along the trail. I'm thinking of our senior friends and those that may be struggling and need to sit periodically. Can we get some benches?!

I noticed that they tore down the old warehouse building downtown. I vote for a Ponce City Market type building that we can have shops and even possibly a Main Event. I'm even thinking a rooftop restaraunt atmosphere right in the heart of Clarkston...
